The terms of the sale is cash, money order, cashier check,personal check, or credit card. There will be a 3% buyer’s fee on purchases. However, that 3% will be waived for those settling their accounts by check, money order, or wire transfer. Once you become a buyer, we will give you until 12:00 noon Central Time the day after the sale to call our office with payment instructions. You will at that time advise us that you are going to do a wire transfer, or overnight a check. If we have not heard from you by 12:00 noon Central Time your credit card on file will be charged. After your payment has been, made you will be sent by email your bill of sale. This bill of sale must be presented at the time your horse is picked up at the farm. All horses will have board at no charge for a period of 7 days. After 7 days you will need to make any arrangements with the farm. All horses sell as is where is. All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and seller. The horses have been listed on the Addis Equine Live web-site for an adequate time to have had any pre-purchase exams or contact the farm for any details of each horse. Once you have placed a bid you have indicated to the auction company that you are done shopping and you are ready, willing and able to complete the sale and you have accepted all of the terms and conditions presented. Once the horse is declared sold and your are the last bidder you own the horse.
